“I was awakened late Tuesday night with no heat in my home. I left a message that night at 12:30 with the company that installed my unit. After letting my son know that I had no heat, he told me to call Eldridge Service Company. I called and left a message regarding my predicament and the lady said she would be sure that they got my message first thing. I didn't receive a call back from the first company I contacted until 10:30 that morning and then they informed me that they would not get to me that day at all. I received a call from Garrison Heiden from Eldrige and he was here before noon. Took him no time at all to find and fix the issue. He is a very courteous and respectful young man and knows his job well. I will be contacting Eldridge in a couple of months to take advantage of the yearly maintenance program for my unit. I truly appreciate you getting here when I needed you and making sure an old woman could sleep warmly at night!”
