Position: HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with on-call rotation every 6 weeks
What you will be doing:
- Dispatched to calls by our expertly trained in-house dispatcher
- Service / maintenance / repair of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Consulting customers on repair or replacement options as needed
- Educating customers on new technology and IAQ accessories
- Testing and balancing systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Providing the customer with high-quality experience
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 2 years of residential HVAC Service experience or combination of education and experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Advanced customer service skills
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
- High school diploma or its equivalent
