“These guys are great. Raymond came out within a few hours on a Saturday when the AC went out on July 5th with my wife in her 3rd trimester and got it fixed. He could have easily just sold me on a whole new unit as it’s over 20 years old, but he did thorough inspection and was honest that the machine was doing well just needed a new fan motor and got it done. Blake and Kevin came out the next day to clean the unit and gave usefulness tips on using thinner air filters this time of year to allow the unit pull air better. I’ll be using Eldridge in the future.”

“Tammy called and reminded me that it was time for my HVAC semi-annual check-up. We scheduled a time and the technician called prior to his arrival. He introduced himself as Blake Groce and the time of arrival was set. Blake arrived as agreed upon and began work. He cleaned the coils on both outdoor units and removed accumulated leaves and muck from the floors of the units. Blake Groce installed surge protectors on both HVAV units. He covered his shoes before entering the house. Very professional, thorough, and polite.”
