“I was awakened late Tuesday night with no heat in my home. I left a message that night at 12:30 with the company that installed my unit. After letting my son know that I had no heat, he told me to call Eldridge Service Company. I called and left a message regarding my predicament and the lady said she would be sure that they got my message first thing. I didn't receive a call back from the first company I contacted until 10:30 that morning and then they informed me that they would not get to me that day at all. I received a call from Garrison Heiden from Eldrige and he was here before noon. Took him no time at all to find and fix the issue. He is a very courteous and respectful young man and knows his job well. I will be contacting Eldridge in a couple of months to take advantage of the yearly maintenance program for my unit. I truly appreciate you getting here when I needed you and making sure an old woman could sleep warmly at night!”

“I had a great experience with Cayden and Ryan, and I can’t say enough good things about the service they provided. From the moment they arrived, they were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. They took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my gas unit, breaking everything down in a way that was easy to understand and never rushed.
Cayden and Ryan were very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. They walked me through the issue, explained the necessary repairs, and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. It was clear they genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I felt informed and comfortable with the process.
The repair itself was completed in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. They worked efficiently, stayed organized, and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. It was reassuring to see such attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire visit.
Overall, Cayden and Ryan provided outstanding service. Their expertise, clear communication, and friendly demeanor made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. “As a member of the comfort club, i recently had my system cleaned and inspected by Blake and Reece. These gentleman did an outstanding service cleaning the coils on both the indoor and outdoor units, as well as checking everything for good functionality. Very pleasant and courteous technicians who definitely are very knowledgeable in their field. Blake even noticed that my outdoor unit didn’t have a surge protector, which I had him install while on the property. Good company.

“These guys are great. Raymond came out within a few hours on a Saturday when the AC went out on July 5th with my wife in her 3rd trimester and got it fixed. He could have easily just sold me on a whole new unit as it’s over 20 years old, but he did thorough inspection and was honest that the machine was doing well just needed a new fan motor and got it done. Blake and Kevin came out the next day to clean the unit and gave usefulness tips on using thinner air filters this time of year to allow the unit pull air better. I’ll be using Eldridge in the future.”
“Tammy called and reminded me that it was time for my HVAC semi-annual check-up. We scheduled a time and the technician called prior to his arrival. He introduced himself as Blake Groce and the time of arrival was set. Blake arrived as agreed upon and began work. He cleaned the coils on both outdoor units and removed accumulated leaves and muck from the floors of the units. Blake Groce installed surge protectors on both HVAV units. He covered his shoes before entering the house. Very professional, thorough, and polite.”

“That time of year to renew my service contract. I usually don’t buy service contracts but with Eldridge service it’s money well spent. They come out twice a year to clean and inspect my Carrier air unit. It’s well worth it and I don’t have to worry about it. With the service agreement you get other perks too. “yall got to my grandparents house within an hour and Raymond had us fixed up by 5pm he was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and the steps he wad taking to fix it we were so happy with his service then today we had Colby come out and do a cleaning of our unit and he was so thorough and checked everything making sure everything was working correctly ..Raymond and Colby did such wonderful jobs and my grandparents were very pleased with both of their services..Thank you Eldridge ❤️”
